Training
Forms of training are taught in a balanced and progressive way with the intensity and complexity of training gradually increasing with belt level. The belt levels progress from White, Yellow, Blue, Green to the intermediate level of Brown. Brown belt consists of three levels, after which one graduates into Black belt where students continue training through 10 levels of advancement.
At 1st degree Black, the student is considered a disciple of the art. Fifth degree and above are considered Master, with the rank changing to Senior Master at 7th degree. At 7th degree, the belt changes from black to red with white panels. At 8th degree Black, the title becomes Elder Master. The highest level available is that of Grandmaster, which is awarded at 10th degree.
Training Manual
A manual may be Available to students upon registration is a one hundred plus page training manual! It covers such topics as History, Folklore, Lineage, Requirements for Rank Advancement, Internal Arts and Meditation, and Recommended Reading. The Requirement Section covers the material for advancement from White Belt to Sixth Black, fifteen plus years of training!
Everything from simple techniques to weapon training, drunken styles and meditations. It is well organized and great reading for any martial arts enthusiast!
